πŸ€” If you're looking at this workout worrying if it's too late to start... then do not fear! Just get started with day 1 and do them consecutively every day until all 19 are done! There's enough days to get them all done still before lockdown ends! πŸ’₯

Day 5 is a full body workout. No equipment needed but if you have weights and want to use them you can use either dumbbells or kettlebells etc or anything heavy such as a really heavy book. Also grab either a couple of tins of food or some small weights if you have them.
