Day 19 is here! It's a daily 19 mash up with my Mexican gold jacket!* No equipment needed but if you have a dumbbell / kettlebell / anything that's slightly heavy around your house eg a heavy book, feel free to use it for squats, frog pumps, lunges and Romanian deadlifts.

Workout: 1 round only!!
🔥 Squats 1 1/4 reps
🔥 Beast hold
🔥 Sprint / march / jog on the spot
🔥 Frog pumps
🔥 Press ups
🔥 Hollow hold
🔥 Mountain climbers
🔥 Single leg glute bridges
🔥 Prone pull downs
🔥 Leg kick outs
🔥 Burpees
🔥 Alternating reverse lunges
🔥 Romanian deadlifts
🔥 Side planks with leg lifts
🔥 Squat jumps
🔥 Beast hold
