Day 18 is a HIIT workout to increase the heart rate. No equipment needed.

Workout: 5 rounds - 20 sec work / 10 sec rest

🔥 Squat jumps with reach / squats

🔥 Jump in outs

🔥 High knees

🔥 Burpee press ups

🔥 Reverse lunge with kick

🔥 Punch jacks
