Day 17 is a full body workout. If you’ve got weights - dumbbells / kettlebells etc you can use them for the squats, Romanian deadlifts and Russian twists. If not grab something heavy such as a heavy book to use.
Workout: 2 rounds
🔥 Squats
🔥 Press ups with prone pull downs
🔥 Romanian deadlifts
🔥 Dips
🔥 Single leg elevated glute bridges
🔥 Shoulder taps
🔥 Russian twists
Tomorrow’s workout we’re doing a HIIT session.
🤔 If you're looking at this workout worrying if it's too late to start... then do not fear! Just get started with day 1 and do them consecutively every day until all 19 are done!
