Workout:


Block one: 20 sec work / 10 sec rest x16 (8 mins)

πŸ”₯ Mountain climbers

πŸ”₯ Ski jumps / alternating side lunges

πŸ”₯ Plank jacks

Block two: 20 sec work / 10 sec rest x8 (4 mins)

πŸ”₯ Sprint / jog / march on the spot


Bonus prize - 1 min beast hold
