Workout: 20 sec work / 10 sec rest x12 (6 mins per set, 3 exercises)

🔥 Beast shuffle
🔥 Burpees
🔥 Walk outs with press ups
🔥 Sprint / jog/ march on the spot
🔥 Butterfly sit ups
Bonus prize - 1 min sprint
