From standing... down into a plank position with arms extended renegade row left then right press up jump into a squat stand up press above head. Repeat 10 times. Rest 1 min. X3 Chose a weight that is challenging but means you can still complete with good technique. If you struggle with the press ups drop to your knees for these.
