Here is my 20 minute workout which you can do at home with no equipment so no excuses whilst you're away from the gym this christmas - see video for exercise demonstration. This workout was inspired by the song 12-days of Christmas and works as follows:
There are 12 rounds in total and for each round you add an exercise until you get to the final round of 12 exercises. I've filmed Simon (video) doing the last round so that you can see how the exercises should be done. Simon owns the personal training studio I work from, Local Motion, which is above Planet Organic on Garratt Lane, Wandsworth, London. Try not to rest between rounds. Any questions let me know.
