Lower your carbohydrate intake by substituting rice for cauliflower ‘rice'. It's made by using a food processor to make the cauliflower into tiny little pieces that look like rice (hence the name)! Then you simply saute it in a pan. I find using coconut oil works best. Season as you fancy but I like adding a bit of dry bouillon powder to it and black pepper (the bouillon powder is already quite salty so no extra salt needed). Eat it as a side dish as you would rice or add some meat and vegetables and make your own healthy fried rice!
