Bounce at Wimbledom Park
Bounce is a personal training studio in Wimbledom Park. This is a great place to train - with squat racks, an atheletic sprint track, a boxing ring, prowlers and much more. There's so much to 'play' with you'll never get bored and your body will be constantly challenged. There's no membership needed - only payment for personal training sessions with myself.
Training outside is fun and invigorating! Clients love the fresh air and the freedom of the great outdoors. I work in South West London including Clapham and Wandsworth Common. I meet some of my client’s on their lunch hours and we train on a space near their work. Other clients find it fun to be trained alongside a friend or 2. We do a variety of activities including boxing, running, kettlebells, body weight exercises and skipping.
Training at Home
Some of my clients enjoy being trained in the comfort of their own home. I can come to you and bring all the equipment needed. Space is not a factor – the training can be done in any area, be it your living room or garden.
