about me
Once a member of the Great Britain Student's rugby league team, I am always keen to try new activities and sports. These days I like to weight train, do boxing, do the occasional run and I'm on a mission to learn gymnastics.
I enjoy cooking and finding ways to make healthy food tasty, whilst simple and quick to make. Due to coeliac disease I'd consider myself pretty clued up on going gluten free!
I trained doing CrossFit for a couple of years and although I did enjoy it, persistent injuries made me move on. I've learnt a lot from my CrossFit days and sometimes add little elements into my own and client's sessions.
I chose to have a career change from marketing into personal training driven by my love of sport and fitness fuelled with the desire to help others achieve their goals. There's a short video here explaining my journey.
I am an enthusiastic, approachable and motivated individual who loves working with a variety of clients to help them achieve their goals. My sessions are constantly varied to challenge my clients both mentally and physically, helping maintain interest and deliver results.
I love to share my passion of weight training with ladies through my Girls Who Lift sessions - showing women that they don’t need to be a slave to the treadmill and that they can actually enjoy their training!
I trained with one of leading providers in the UK, Premier Training International, to ensure I could provide my clients the best service possible.
