Day 17 is a full body workout. If you’ve got weights - dumbbells / kettlebells etc you can use them for the squats, Romanian deadlifts and Russian twists. If not grab something heavy such as a heavy book to use.


Workout: 2 rounds

πŸ”₯ Press ups with prone pull downs

πŸ”₯ Romanian deadlifts

πŸ”₯ Dips

πŸ”₯ Single leg elevated glute bridges

πŸ”₯ Shoulder taps

πŸ”₯ Russian twists
