Workout:
Block one: 20 sec work / 10 sec rest x16 (8 mins)
π₯ Squats / squat jumps / tuck jumps
π₯ Mountain climbers
π₯ Ski jumps / alternating side lunges
π₯ Plank jacks
Block two: 20 sec work / 10 sec rest x8 (4 mins)
π₯ Burpees
π₯ Sprint / jog / march on the spot
Bonus prize - 1 min beast hold
