HIIT at Bounce
Want to get fit, tone up and lose weight? Bored of long boring cardio sessions? If so, why not try my HIIT sessions at Bounce in Wimbledon Park. The sessions use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to maximise fat loss and fitness gains. The sessions are designed to be fun using equipment such as prowlers, sleds, ropes, boxing bags, tires and more. There's no escaping the fact that it's HARDWORK and yes you'll definately be getting sweaty but all exercises can be tailored to meet your current ability - so don't be scared get in contact today and give it a go!
